Hand towel holder came with wrong color screws
The Nicolai Hand Towel Holder looks nice in brass, but unfortunately, my two that I ordered from Schoolhouse Electric came with black screws. So I’ve been unable to install them and finish my bathroom renovations until Schoolhouse customer service answers their phone or responds to email.

Nicolai hand towel with bad screws
The Nicolai hand towel holder in bronze is very pretty. Unfortunately, it came with black screws. I ordered two, and both came with black screws. In whatever country they’re made, I’m guessing China, the quality-control is obviously lacking. I’m in a hurry with this bathroom remodel project, and now I have to wait to get a response from Schoolhouse, whose customer service department doesn’t answer its phone and replies slowly to emails. Please send me 4 screws for the Nicolai Hand Towel holder in the proper aged brass color!
