Disappointing Installation Experience
My experience with the Kepler medallion fixture was very disappointing and frustrating. The installation process was a nightmare, and unfortunately, the customer service team was unable to provide any assistance. The mounting bracket included with the fixture did not have the necessary holes to properly hold it in place, which was a major inconvenience.
To make matters worse, the design of the fixture itself seemed flawed. It's disappointing when a product fails to meet even the basic requirements of installation. I was forced to devise an alternative method to install it, which shouldn't have been necessary in the first place.
While I commend myself for finding a workaround, it's evident that the Kepler medallion fixture falls short in terms of user-friendliness and design. The lack of proper holes in the mounting bracket and the overall flawed design greatly affected my experience with this product. I would advise potential buyers to carefully consider these issues before making a purchase.
