Even the electrician was impressed
I bought a vintage pendant light for our dining room, but the light was missing the canopy and needed some extras to make it work in our space. We used this hook to center the light with our table and banquette seating-- it worked like a charm! Another plus I did not foresee per our electrician: it does not seem to require a stud to secure it to the ceiling.

terrible customer service
I ordered these about a month and a half ago. Received a Christmas stocking instead but paper inside said swag hook, so not sure how that happened. There is NO customer service number. Sent an email. Received two emails saying they were getting back to me soon. This is the worst experience I have had shopping online in a while.
