Emtek mail slot
The Emtek mail slot arrived on Nov 3 with paint peeling on the interior of the inside slot. I reached out to customer service and received the replacement on Nov 16 with the same problem of paint peeling. I reached out again to return the item. They requested for photos which I provided on the same day and I haven't heard from them since then!
