Product Care: Shedding of loose fiber may occur and will lessen with regular cleaning. Do not pull loose ends, instead clip with scissors to remove. Shake or vacuum as needed. It's preferable to use a vacuum cleaner without a beater bar. When adjustable, set beater bar to the highest pile setting and set power to low. Vacuum full length of rug, rather than back and forth motion. Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean sponge or cloth. Professional rug cleaning recommended. Harsh chemicals and direct sun exposure may damage or fade rug. Use rug protectors under furniture. Rug pad recommended for use on hard floor.
Shipping:
All 8’ x 10’ and 9’ x 12’ rugs are final sale. Oversized items ship via a third-party carrier freight with scheduled delivery. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery once the item has shipped. All other sizes may be returned if sent back within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure those items are unused, have not been installed, and are in original factory condition.
