From our factory in Portland, the square canopy and capsule-style shade get finished in a ’70s-inspired color palette.

Before a Benchmade light can illuminate your home, each piece is meticulously designed and constructed in our Portland, Oregon, factory. Our manufacturing team prepares each fixture by scuffing, sandblasting, or buffing the metal parts before giving them a wash of lacquer, powder coating, or paint in one of our exclusive colors. Finally, each light is assembled by hand and tested for quality before being carefully packaged and delivered to your door.

Timeless, warm, a true beaut

Only lasted two years
We bought the LED version of this sconce and had it installed as a porch light. Unfortunately, just two years later, it stopped working. The expense of the original sconce, plus an electrician visit, plus a replacement sconce in just two short years makes this a very poor investment. We regret buying the LED version.

Simple and Beautiful
Purchased two of them - butterscotch gloss shades with brass backplates - as lights above our built-in bookshelves. They seemed a bit large there, but they're so beautiful we're going to install them above the headboard of our bed. The color picks up the wood tones and will "make" the room.
