We’re big fans!
This fan is great. We started with one and have now replaced the whole house with a total of 5. Spent a lot of time looking before our initial purchase years ago and once we had it installed, there was no doubt that we had found the perfect fan. Options like close to ceiling, vaulted, and light kits have made it easy to put in every room of the house. We had an issue with one that was resolved satisfactorily under the warranty. Picture is of the one we just bought for our new addition.

Beautiful ceiling fan!
Was in need of a ceiling fan to improve air circulation in our master bedroom. Our interior designer picked this fan out in white due (she likes the hidden light) and it looks really nice. We’ve only had it installed for a month so cannot add much more except it looks great, is working well and we’re sleeping better at night!

Lux appearance, but issue with receiver
The fan installed very easily and has a luxe appearance. However the receiver and remote controlling light brightness and fan speed didn’t connect and we were left with one speed and one brightness. The manufacturer’s help line for the fan was very prompt and is sending a replacement part, so I anticipate all will be well and we’ll be up and running shortly. I assume this is a one off issue, but couldn’t give 5 stars because of the extra legwork to chase down a new part.

Defective Motor
I bought 3 of these and the motor on one already went out after 6 weeks. It works but makes a loud screeching noise making it unusable. Now I’m worried about the other 2.
