Very happy with this pure white cone shade!
I ordered these cone shades as "hard-to-find" replacements for my two kitchen pendants. They are a pure white, well-made, and were carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition. I am a happy customer.

Wide Cone Shade
Thankfully you still have them. This replaced a Broken Shade and it was perfect.

Replacement Shade problem
I had purchased 3 of these shades, maybe a year ago, or so and one broke. Tat is why I purchased what I thought was an identical shade with this order. Looking at the shade it is identical but upon trying to install it onto the fixture the top hole is a 1/16" smaller than the previous two and the one that broke. It simply will not fit all the way - neck seems to be thicker glass and taper may be off. Possibly the company that makes these has a slight quality/consistency issue and if they do these shades will not fit American fixtures - as shade will not fit over threads of socket. I am dealing with Chico at your company, he has measurment differences. We would like you to contact the manufacurer and have then check for slight defects and send us the proper sized glass shade - Thank you, Steve Gallo
