I’d rate it zero stars if I could….
I received the lamp. It had no bulb. The description of the lamp when I bought it (It has now been edited. ) mentioned a “frosted glass diffuser. ” Since no part of the lamp is made of glass, I figured that was the bulb. I emailed customer service, and in over a week’s time they have given me several “We’re looking into it emails. ”
No, “Oh, sorry, our description was incorrect. The lamp doesn’t come with a bulb. I’m not sure what we were thinking by saying that it features a ‘frosted glass diffuser,’ so we’ll get a proper bulb out to you immediately. ”
Instead, they changed the description to cover themselves & just yesterday I received another “We’re looking into it” message. They obviously know their description was inaccurate since the it’s been changed on their website, but I still haven’t been told the truth about my expensive desktop paperweight that includes frosted glass nothingness.
