Somerset Pull

was worried about ordering these because other reviews talked about shipping delays. I did not have any problem - they arrived in short order. And I am so glad because nothing else would have satisfied me after I saw these. I looked WAY too much at cabinet hardware. I will never get that time back, lol, but it did lead me to these pulls which gave me the exact classic but special look I wanted. They are on shaker doors painted in Sherwin Williams Creamy. And they look fantastic.

We ordered a full kitchen of Somerset pulls for our new kitchen. They are very pretty, and the 6" and 4" feel substantial and nice as a pull. However, we are very disappointed that the 10" pulls are not the same proportion as the smaller pulls. The 10" are lighter weight and skinny--they feel puny compared to the 4"/6" pulls. It's frustrating that they do not match in regard to the weight/diameter, esp since the larger pulls are on larger drawers so it's a bummer they are narrower and lighter weight. We have also now found after a couple of months of use that they easily and the finish is not durable. :/ As pretty as they are, I would not recommend for a busy kitchen.

Love these. They shipped quickly and are perfect for my wardrobe cabinets.

I’m not sure why everyone is saying they never got their order or it took a long time to get because I received my order in less than a week with no problems. The pulls are gorgeous and I can’t wait to get them installed on my new custom kitchen cabinets!

These are even more beautiful in person. The finish is gorgeous, and the style is at once classic and modern. Perfect.

The quality looks nice and it’s exactly what I wanted but they said it would be 2 weeks to receive and pushed it back to 2 months. 1/5 of a year was spent just waiting for these to arrive and the shipping cost was absurd too.

The longest screws included are M4-0.7 x 1-3/8" and not 8-32 x 1-3/4" as noted in the description. Be sure to have to this sorted out before you plan on installing or you may be frustrated because it can be difficult to source metric hardware in the US. Otherwise, we're very happy with the fit and finish of the entire Somerset pulls and knobs.

You’ll never get them. Mine have been delayed 5 times now. Have holes in my cabinets for months and they keep delaying another 2 weeks when the passes

I ordered multiple of these for my kitchen remodel in June. Still have not received them. Told they’d be delayed till end of December. No pull is cute enough to wait 6+ months for.

The customer service is absolutely the worst!!
