Schoolhouse Extendable Table

I cannot say enough good things about Schoolhouse Electric, the store, the product and the staff. I purchased the extendable table with 4 Francis dining chairs, the Hven bench and the plaid wool rug. We were out of town when it was to be delivered and I was lucky enough to have one of your customer service members, Yami Velazquez, help me to push back the delivery date and make new arrangements for delivery. Yami was very helpful and accommodating and made sure that all was delivered after we had gotten back. There was one little hiccup and one item had to be delivered but we arranged for someone to be here. I am never disappointed with anything I have ever gotten at Schoolhouse, from pillows to gifts to furniture and lighting. I was so happy that you opened up again after the closure, and your new showroom is stunning. Thank you for having such beautiful and locally made items.

A beautiful and high-functioning table that is already a welcoming place for my family to visit throughout the day: it's a favorite for morning coffee, lunch, and homework after school. The table's protective finish ensures that water rings and errant pen marks wipe away. We look forward to using the extension for guests and special occasions. This was a great purchase!

The table is gorgeous and white glove service was amazing. The problem is the first day of owning this table I noticed the extension track was not secured properly and is starting to separate. After reaching out to Schoolhouse the reply I got was "we're working on it." Support said this has never happened before and no contingencies have been made. It's now been three weeks with no resolution and I cannot get a response. Buyer beware.
