I need directions. The installer has arrived with the shower door and their are no directions for the install and the installer cannot figure it out.

The specifications are inaccurate.
I’m more than happy to give this a better review because it really is a beautiful handle. However, I feel given the extremely slow customer service, I want my experience known to anyone looking at this product seriously to make sure they send the right installation hardware and instructions on how to install it on a shower glass door.
