Knurled Hand Towel Holder

This hand towel rod is gorgeously designed, but it's honestly remarkably heavy for an item hinged on a single allen wrench tightened point. What this has meant for our situation is that any time we use the towel rod or place anything on it, it rotates downwards from its level position, and the towel eventually falls of. I've found myself needing to tighten the allen key lock daily. I hope they can sort out some sort of a locking horizontal locking point (could maybe be a divot in the mounting disc) to keep this from happening, because it's a decent amount of weight, especially with a handtowel, for one small point of support like that.
