Quality control issues
Beautiful walnut wood frame, but the mirror glass was very loose behind the frame as if cut too small to fit the frame properly. The backing board was inadequately glued and came detached from the frame in two spots. Customer service agreed to send a replacement, which I’m still waiting for weeks later. Not thrilled, given the price of the item.
