Poor quality control
Given the pricing and marketing what I expected to get here is vastly different from what I got. The shade is beautiful from far away but when you get up close you can see many defects in the glass that are not bubbles. They appear to be paint or large pieces of dust but the effect looks like I painted and splattered all over it. Very disappointing. Additionally, it took a LOT of finagling to get it to fit in the 2.25 fixture which was also brand new.
