Latch is great, screws are very brittle
I love this latch overall, however, be very careful with the screws. They are brittle and the head can break off easily. It was frustrating trying to install with them.

Faulty Screws
Same issues that I've read here and on the Emtek website - the screwheads break off leaving the screw stuck in the cabinet door even with predrilling holes and manually screwing them in. Had I known they were Emtek, I would have purchased elsewhere, the markup through Schoolhouse wasn't worth it.

Screws are faulty
It is a nice piece but the screw head came off with a manual screwdriver install into a pre-drilled holes. So it ruined the install on new cabinet doors. Overall, nice latch but faulty screws so use different screws.
