Beautiful piece, months long delay
The Caldera pendant is really lovely- just as shown and as we had hoped. I will note that I ordered it in November with a ship date of mid-Jan, and it arrived at the end of March. There is no customer service line to call- only email- and while the folks on the other end of the email were very nice, they supplied zero information. They told me there was no update on manufacturing…right up until the date the item actually shipped.
