I’ve actually worked in luxury hardware for years and have installed and had to work around many different instal Methods for door hardware including emtek brand on other parts of my own house. The plastic tool they give for instal is garbage and breaks immediately upon use.. I bought 2 full sets of these and both tools included broke. One door set is still hanging off the door for weeks because I contacted customer service multiple times to get an emtek spanner wrench or something equivalent and no one has contacted me. It’s a real shame because the hardware is very pretty.
