Horrible
Installed 6mo+ ago as outdoor handle on frequently used door. From day one, front handle was loose and required jiggling door to open while back handle worked correctly. Hardware constantly loosens further causing open/close issues. About 2mo ago locking mechanism stopped working correctly: cannot pull key out without unlocking. I’ve had several handymen redo install and even went so far as to rehang door with little to no improvement. Avoid.
