Lausanne Entrance Handleset with Globe Knob - Flat Black

This did not fit our standard door and schoolhouse will not refund but will only give store credit minus 25% restocking fee-which would be over $100. What retail store doesn’t offer refunds on full price (and overly expensive) items?!! Very upsetting experience. And this is after my husband took it down in person and waited 15 minutes to track down an uninterested salesperson who told him that hardware returns are not done in store and they would send us an email with shipping instructions. The email never came so we emailed Schoolhouse again and we’re told of the above no return policy. No one would answer the phone there either.
