Ordered this in satin nickel for my client's home and they look amazing! Not only is she happy, but she's received compliments on her door hardware from friends she's had over! That's not something most guests typically comment on, so you know it must look good and feel strong/sturdy if a guest says something! Just make sure your contractor installs them correctly. Because the backplate is square, it is obvious if it is not affixed straight on the door.

This handle feels solid and durable. It was also straightforward to install.

When it was first installed, it looked great and it felt very heavy duty but as time goes on we have had more and more issues with it. The first thing is that there is a plastic washer between the handle and the backplate that is visible and cheap looking for no reason when this is such an expensive piece of hardware. The next issue is that the 2 handles are only held on by a TINY little screw thing and they keep loosening over time so I keep having to tighten them up and I have probably stripped the little screw at this point. When it gets loose it sags and feels like it could just come right off. The other issue is the square backplate - the one on the deadbolt is fine because it is screwed in but I guess the trade off for having a seamless look with no screws is that it isn't actually affixed to the door and the square is now loose too. So every time someone opens the door the backplate twists with the handle. It is so annoying and it looks bad and is wearing marks into the door. If there is something that the installer did wrong and that I can fix I would love to know but I have gone back to the install instructions and I honestly just think it is poor design. This was way too expensive to be having these issues in my opinion.
