Substantial, nice-looking mirror!

Missing Hardware
From the packaging it looks like I was sent a return and while the mirror appears intact the installation hardware - referenced in the hanging directions - is missing - I emailed about this several days ago and have not heard back from anyone. Very disappointing, not happy with this.
