Love this thing! We put it on the coffee table to contain the pile of books on one half and the other half is for setting drinks on. It organizes the mess.

Cracked Lacquer
The tray would be beautiful if the lacquer wasn't cracked. I tried contacting customer service multiple times about this, but was unable to communicate via email as I received messages that customer service blocked incoming emails. I tried to reach out via phone, but only received email responses back from my phone calls and, since they would not receive emails, could not communicate with customer service. I am extremely disappointed as I love Schoolhouse and have many of their products. However, I am doubtful of ordering from them again in the future due to the horrible customer service experience I had and the inability to process exchanges/returns.

Bad quality
This tray was cheaply made. It did not sit flat on the counter, had bubbling on the edges and the paint along the edge was not uniform. I expected more after paying $100 for it. Only saving grace was that schoolhouse gave me a full return.
