Jute + Chenille Rug

Purchased two for the kitchen. Beautiful rugs, soft on your feet and are holding up nicely. Can’t beat the price too!

The rug is beautiful and well made. It makes a subtle statement without being overwhelming.

This rug looks high quality and has held up with my two cats and two dogs and two kids! It has a lived in feel to it, just what I wanted!

This rug is well-made and nice looking. There’s more strands of white than is pictured. I definitely recommend for the kitchen, an entryway or hallway. Lovely!

We’ve moved this rug around to multiple rooms while recently moving and we can’t seem to commit because it looks good with everything! Although it’s jute it’s not scratchy like we’ve experienced jute rugs to be in the past. It’s also a great option for living on a Oregon farm with animals! Lots of mud gets tracked into the house but because of the coloring of the rug it’s not noticeable and very easy to vacuum!

This is used at our back door entrance which leads in/out of our garden. I needed something to capture dirt, etc when removing shoes but also wanted something that matched our minimalist aesthetic. It looks great, blends well with our white oak floors. Also, our 2 cats love to play & scratch our rugs so we needed something really durable. We've had this for several weeks and it's working out great. Despite heavy use and cat shenanigans almost daily, there are no signs of wear and tear.

Firstly, I purchased this on sale—I might have returned had I paid full price. I’ve had this rug for about six months. I bought this based on other reviews that noted this was great for high traffic area and pets—I have not found that to be accurate. It’s in my dining room, which is a throughway to my kitchen and living room and is a high traffic spot. I also have cats, and while I have not seen them scratch the rug, one of them does love to roll around on the rug and play there. It took less than two hours for the first snag to appear from me walking on it. For it to look decent, I have to spend about a couple hours a month fixing the snags with a wool felting needle (it works if you’re into tedious tasks). This includes major snags that can be up to six inches long. I also would not recommend this rug for a dining room as it flattens and leaves an mark and/or snags every time you pull out a chair. I’ve already have cleaned two hairballs off of this rug, because cats. I’ve tried two different trusted rug cleaners that work beautifully on my other jute rug. One of them caused a loss of dye on this rug and the other won’t remove the stain entirely despite me attacking it immediately. I would not purchase this rug again

This rug doesn't look as good in person. The photos look like the rug is fairly consistent color-wise, but the actual rug has yellow jute and white cotton woven together. Keeping because I purchased on final sale and it's fine-but does not look like the photo.

We just bought this rug for our living room a couple months ago and love the look, plus it’s very soft for a jute rug. Sadly it’s not aging well for us and has loose/pulled fibers everywhere, some of which are almost sharp to step on. We’ve been super careful when vacuuming per the care instructions but alas. We got it on sale and I wouldn’t purchase it full price for this reason.

The rug sheds, snags, and loses its shape easily. It's also not comfortable to walk on.

Fell apart in less than a year.

The management/owners need to give customer service center employees more freedom when it comes to customer satisfaction. The showroom employees seem to have a better idea of how to make a customer happy. This rug is bigger than the 9'x12' measurements. I did not read the specifications because I'm ordering a rug, not a car. If it says 9'x12', I'm assuming it is 9'x12'. If it said 9'+/- x 12'+/- then I would have chosen a smaller size. This rug just simply does not fit. Not only that, I also ordered a wool rug during the sale (could have ordered elsewhere during these major sale days) and did not find out until 2 weeks later that they had oversold the item and I was not going to get a replacement (even though their website still showed the rug was in stock in other sizes). I paid for shipping for both rugs and only received one rug. They did not automatically refund that shipping, it took me 10 days to get a hold of someone who then refunded the partial shipping after I had to ask about it. Now I need to pay $125 to return this and there is nothing customer service will do to make the situation a little better despite the major mistakes on behalf of whoever is in charge of their stock inventory/sales platform.
