My “chair crush” delivered on quality
I live and work as a designer in Canada and have had my eye on the Jack chair for a cabin project. I couldn’t be happier with the quality and character of this chair! It arrived to me boxed in perfect condition.
It’s got a relatively heavy weight to it, that is characteristic of a well- made chair. It stood up to my two children this summer, one of whom (toddler) took an orange washable marker to the white squares. I was able to get the colour completely out.
It’s very comfortable but keep in mind there’s no head rest so more of a cosy conversation chair than a movie-watched.

Love at first sight!

Beautiful chair
This chair is lovely an matches the loveseat I ordered from Schoolhouse several years ago. The legs are different, but otherwise a great set. Shipping, however, is very, very expensive, and the shipping company did not notify us when the chair was ready, so it sat in the warehouse longer than it should have -- but overall it's a piece I hope will last a lifetime.

Legs broke on ottoman
My husband bought the chair and stool for me as a gift. Lightly used the stool and a leg broke. Very disappointed in the quality.
