    The Luna Cord Pendant is simple, elegant and gives off a beautiful glow. Bright enough to light the dining room it manages to also be soft enough to light everyone in it in the most flattering way. We have high ceilings so needed to add a couple of extra inches to the cord to get it to the right length. In doing so it now feels like a weightless upside-down balloon on the end of its string. We love it and couldn't be happier.

    I want to give it a 5…
    But this company’s customer service is absolutely abysmal. You don't answer your phones, you don’t return voicemails and you don’t respond to emails in a timely manner. We’ve ordered lights and you have sent the wrong ones. Twice. And we have been waiting months.
