As part of our Benchmade line, the Factory Light 7 Cable Pendant is a faithful Schoolhouse interpretation of a classic industrial fixture first introduced in the 1930s. Crafted from hand-spun steel and powder-coated in-house at our Portland factory, this oversized pendant features an extra-wide bell-shaped shade for generous light output. Designed with functional top cutouts to release excess heat, it’s produced on an RLM tool made exclusively for Schoolhouse—ideal for high ceilings, open floor plans, and expansive interiors.

Awful
They hide the "non returnability" in a single line in fine print. They tell you it is listed in four different places. It's not. Just to check, I went through the purchase process again, up to the almost-final step before paying, and did not see these mythic warnings. If you push to return anyway, they won't refund your payment method, but will do a 'gift card' that you never asked for and don't want. Also, then they will go radio silent on you and refuse to answer to the fact that they were not honest about all the supposed places their warnings about returnability are.
